I'm Ollie Saville, a dedicated personal trainer based in the city of London. With a rich background in the Royal Navy and experience playing Rugby League at a high level, I bring a unique blend of discipline, teamwork, and athletic expertise to my training sessions.
My journey in fitness began in the Royal Navy, where I developed a strong foundation in physical training and resilience. Transitioning to Rugby League, I honed my skills and competed at a high level, gaining invaluable insights into sports performance and injury prevention.
Today, I'm passionate about helping individuals embark on their own fitness journeys. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, enhance your athletic performance, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.
